Built for the people using the report
A useful report must work for more than the person who stood at the property. We organize the observations so owners, contractors, lenders, investors, consultants, and public project teams can act from the same record.

Clear service boundaries
Project inspection reporting may support rehabilitation, renovation, construction, private, hard-money, investor, government, grant-funded, or owner-funded work. The lender, program, contract, or owner-approved scope controls the deliverable—not the name of one loan program.
Robert Earl Dyles is active on FHA’s 203(k) Consultant Roster for Texas, Consultant ID D1293. FHA work follows its program requirements, while other projects follow their own lender or owner requirements. Roster inclusion confirms FHA qualification; it is not a HUD/FHA endorsement or warranty. Dola Inspection Services and 203K Kings do not act as both consultant and contractor on the same property.
Visit Dyles Housing ServicesDola does not currently perform these regulated inspections or assessments. No TREC inspection report, mold assessment, laboratory result, Texas SPCS/T-5, NPMA-33, treatment recommendation, clearance, or warranty is provided. Clients select and contract directly with the appropriately licensed provider.
Draw, progress, phase, change, and completion reports reflect visible work and the agreed assignment. Concealed conditions, engineering, code compliance, permit decisions, and safety certifications remain subject to the appropriate licensed professional and authority having jurisdiction.
